Per the Fed, more and more people are shifting away from equities in their IRAs, 401Ks and avoiding indexed-to-the-market annuities. As people get closer to retirement, they&#039;re also put off by Fiscal Cliffhanging on the Beltway.  They can&#039;t afford the risks, there&#039;s little time left to acculmulate the equity they lost on their homes.]]></description>
