So lets say you are smarter than a 5th grader and know for a fact that your home was 1 of the millions that were transferred (or at least they attempted to make it look as though it was) into one of the trusts HSBC acted as trustee for, does the homeowner get to file some kind of claim for a portion of the settlement? I am sure the answer is no! So why call it a settlement? Is the OCC acting as advocate for the homeowners? NO! So what good has any of it done? More importantly, when does the fraud stop?!

A check for a cool million to each American and clear title to every American would be justice. CNBC reported last week, these maniacs at the FED have stolen $60.4 dollars from us since 2008....It would have been cheaper to write 300 million checks....for a million to each American and give clear title to all than bailout these crooks. That proves this was all manufactured and about our robbery by this Foreign Corp AKA ....THE U.S. GOVERNMENT...

Why did the OCC wrist slap Capital One last summer for extensively ripping people (including servicemembers)? The OCC employs the same people who are in the industry, and vice versa, they don't regulate - they accomodate. HSBC epitomizes scandal and non-enforcement, you'd think some careerist stiff at the OCC would be charged with looking for laundering, but to assume anything gets in the way of TBTF might be a mistake.

Obviously the OCC has full knowledge of this fraud otherwise why attempt to be 'consistant' with all the other banksters. So tell me where is this $249 Mil going? Any accountability for this or are we going to send it off to the various states and let them pair it up with their defunct county, city and state budgets? Where's the lion share of this going? To the OCC? Who suffers the consequences of HSBC's actions? Surely not the OCC. Oh, but yeah, I nearly forgot - it was those deadbeat homeowners who got in way over their head and spent far too much in excess of incoming funds! Wow! Does not our present government been doing the same damn thing for the last 4+ years? OH! Again, I keep forgetting - Obama is going to get another "chance" at "change". Well, he already started. He changed his presidential portrait from last year with a little bit more of a smile. I just wonder what brought on the 'change' in his smile? Maybe because he now knows he has 4 more years to screw the citizens. Aren't you tired of footing the bills? (you deadbeats, you!)
