of course lanny breuer would claim that fraudsters have been punished.
it’s his job to punish them and he has failed miserably at it.

i agree – replace lanny with bill black.
someone who knows what he is doing and will punish the banking criminals
and get full restitution for the victims of their fraud.

Here’s my problem with Lanny whining that it’s really tough to bring criminal actions- sooo hard to prove: HE CAN FIND CRIMINAL NOWHERE! Foreclosure, Blankfein, Dimon, HSBC, MF Global- NOwhere. Isn’t that an odd thing?

Lanny is a careerist who protects banksters, since he alledges the “sky would fall” if he were to do his job and prosecute the “untouchables”. The Justice Department has no problem filling our prisons and leading the world in doing so.
Holder and crew have completely refused, and protected, and issued statements that basically state one set of rules for Wall Street, another draconian set for you. Why not? Wall Street drones fill seats in Obama’s administration. This glaring destruction of trust is ongoing. It’s almost a daily outrage. If PBS gets the common folks blood up, this could be a good thing. For everyone else, this is old news.
