OK..now I am beginning to think of some cult had taken over….was I far off? Don’t think so….I have so many notes going back 4 years…that now it is easier to look all these up on google….I followed back to the BLACK POPE and read exactly what has gone on right up to today…it’s all there to be read…shocking…so one who has read where this massive destruction to America and the world started from..one must say it is not good. What we see in our courts today is the force to make everyone homeless, jobless and defenseless….complete control…we found the facts, we have the proof…yet the courts ignore all of us….that is the proof of evil working…..they just disguised it…till now……….

I have turned in rick scott for fed.grant fraud along with a few other folks,thats why he wont “accept” anymore hhs/dcf/backeract for no reason grant money it added up to 500 million per dcf hospital TIMES 100.hospitals opps i mean jails. I was victim to his brutality.1 in every 10 foster children in Fla.has a court ordered baker act on record. Hes a sick nazi and I am not done with him yet! My abandoned forclosures that I have title to seem hopeless,however we all have to fight this crook. HHS is watching from D.C. keep it up, I have all the time in the world to bust his ass. 🙂

This is a change that I never thought would happen in this country. The laws are constantly being adjusted, to help the criminal bankers, by removing the rights we have had, our entire life in Florida. “Standing” has been eliminated, “holding” is being used to represent almost everything except holding. Filing “original” documents can be used to represent photo copies or lost missing or destroyed documents when filing a lawsuit. (take your pick) Where are you Obama? Where are you Congress? Florida needs an intervention! How does Florida Senator Marco Rubio expect to be President when he is doing nothing to help protect the citizens of Florida’s maintain their constitutional rights? Rubio is representing a state that is probably the biggest train wreck in the country because of systematic fraud. How funny, Rubio is giving the response after the State of the Union Address. Maybe the GOP should have picked someone else to rebut and judge the president. Maybe they should have picked a Senator from a state that is not known for voter suppression and legal suppression by removing constitutional rights. Maybe the President will talk about states that are removing standing from the courtroom with statutes like 673.3091 in Florida. Just prove someone owned the note and mortgage before you did and that they gave it to you. Oh thats right you cannot prove you were given “authentic” documents because they are gone, so we cannot even look at them, so this is impossible! If the Defendant fights this, you can get a bond to protect the defendant, in case the real owner shows up, that has real standing. Yes the bond will protect the Defendant from the real owner that has standing and had the real right to foreclose. WOW! Even if they were given a real document in the past years ago does nothing to prove ownership today as proof of standing. If the Republican party had any foresight, they would know that Rubio could never be President, by turning his head the other way, while his citizens that he is responsible for, are loosing their constitutional rights!

The last bastian of defense are attorneys like Mr. Parker, who fight to protect the constitutional rights of the citizen/homeowner. I am in battle with one of the most incompetent bank-bought judges in Florida…Meenu Sasser and will not give up until I have no legal remedies left! “Too big to fail has transformed into too big to jail”. There is no doubt there currently exists a corporate, financial, governmental judicial conspiracy…they don’t even bother to disguise it anymore. The greed of Wall Street and the securitization Ponzi scheme is either not understood by judges or ignored.
It makes the Mafia look like kindergarten kids….if a couple of Italian guys did what the big bank/Wall Street bankers did….they’d be doing 30 years in prison! There needs to be mass demontrations by the citizens of this country if the lawmakers ignore basic constitutional rights…enough is enough!
