Any misconceptions about the law being a useful defense for a serf against a far more powerful and wealthy opponent should have evaporated by now. The concept of Justice means applying more corporate-state “defenses” against legitimate outrage. In other words, the rightful complaints are being listened to, they know increasing numbers of the general populace who are ruined financially and tossed out of homes increases anger and dissent, so increasing security is the only answer from a paranoid ruling class. Blogs are open for free-for-all commentary, information is crucial in a global “War on Terror.”
People who have been given debts they can never repay are now accused of not being able to “pay their debts” which is the societal green light for criminalization, an Orwellian victory. It’s just a matter of time (and frustration) before even more aggression is revealed, besides “speeding up evictions.” History is full of situations where people are caught up in unbelievable
abuse, stunned, literally with mouths wide open, unable to imagine or even predict, the awful turn of events that have destroyed their freedoms and lives.
Listen to some “law enforcement”, they are becoming ever bolder in publically accusing homeowners of trying to get “away with a free house”, especially after so many “settlements” and public “conclusions” of Bank crime have allegedly “concluded”.
