In reply to indio007. You are right. In the meantime, we can't the Nevada Attorney to respond to our complaint of conspicuous fraud against JPMorgan Chase Bank. The proof supporting our claims is found in the filings with the Clark County Recorder. The mortgage default notice is so conspicuously fraudulent, that we are mystified at being ignored by the attorney general.

Yet another case intentionally tanked. It’s so easy. Just do some arbitrary due process violation and the case gets dismissed. The DA can say “I tried” and the beat goes on.

Absolutely disgusting. This judge is an absolute disgrace to the bench and should be immediately debenched and depensioned. He should also be investigated as to whether he received any kickbacks from the banks. He has made a mockery of black letter rule of law.

Another case of “massive injustice” by our Judicial office of sworn officers of the court.
These judges will eventually get the Balls to do the right thing when its to late, that’s what I am afraid of.
