These departments and regulatory agencies are so numerous and their capacities overlap one another. It’s like the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing…..or do they???? It could be one of several (logical) reasons: they are idiots, they are stupid, they don’t live in this world of vast communication, open forums, blogs, etc., or they are part in part of the plan for total destruction of the middle class and stealing the wealth of this country for their own personal greed.
