The banks aren’t prepared to defend themselves because they can’t seem to provide the necessary paperwork to support their case. This is just ludicrous! We have to have our day in court and I agree with the post that we would not want a retired doctor who has been out for two years to operate on us. Where are the representatives of the people?? We will be voting shortly and these representatives will be voted out on their a–es. Obviously, none of the robo signers, banksrers have been denoterised, jailed, or prosecuted for their crimes against the people who pay them, WHY??? We were deceived and we are being denied our God-given rights from which this country was based on. Our homes have been paid off, many, many times by the banks and insurance companies and many people have no retirement funds. It is all about greed and power which will Altimately bring down this great Nation. I for one am praying for this Great Nation to return to justice for all and one nation under God!

foreclosure is like any civil law case, where is it legal in our constitution for a judge that has retired to come back thi the bench??? please someone help i think it is illegal judges are voted in and they retire if they get to old. if they are to old to work “hence retirement” how can they sit on a bench and judicate foreclosure cases?? what kind of knowledge does a retired judge have on the securitization proccess or CDS’s or MBS’s. he probably doesnt even know what fnm or fdmc, or mers means. floridaians deserve their due proccess from an elected sitting judge who is well educated. QUESTION, would you want a retired cardiolosgist who is not up to date on the new medications and procedures to do your CABG= cardiac artery bypass graph???? i didnt think so. how can these people make it legal to these guys to be in our court rooms. it would be like george bush doing presidential work.

In reply to no names, please. Agreed. These bills have been in the process for years. This year may the one that they get what they want. Then again it could very well flop again. These bills are very bank pro and will open the door to other bank pro laws. I dont think its going to pas this year, but sooner or later it will in some shape or form. The banks own us!!

Is this a big surprise–that the Florida bar (no capital B, you people don’t deserve it) would back the side of the banks and the title people (read: Lender Processing Services)–shoot, not even David J. Stern has been disbarred.
Florida was the epicenter of fraudulent foreclosures–we should be the nation’s leader in ferreting out fraud and fraudulent behavior, but instead we suck up to the banks and their minions. From Pam Bondi on down, the bar is bad news.
The bar is full of people who are on the take; who can respect the bar any more? Not me!
