I am in non judicial California an have been in a good fight since 2007 when I lost 2 homes with MERS at the control switch. and am now fighting the many lies through a forced bankruptcy to save my last home.

I hope this Bill has widespread implications for all that have been wrongly affected, as I have been. I know, as you do, that regardless of your religious beliefs that God is with us all and during the most difficult times he does not move away from us, but moves closer to stand and defend our hopes and dreams. He has not brought us to this edge to watch us fail, but only to crush our enemies in his name!

You and all of us little guys are the David and the banks the Goliath of biblical times…we all know what happened in that fight!

Keep up the good fight on the East Coast and I will forward this Bill to my Attorney General Kamala Harris and will continue to support your efforts any way I can.

There remains very few men/women willing to stand up for right vs. wrong these days. I know how hard it is to eat, sleep and breathe this war we find ourselves in. I’ve been in battle with these criminals for over 2 years with not one attorney in the entire state willing to even provide some legal counsel (for pay) as they all just want to represent the banks. The more people who are willing and able to stand up to these criminals and with more judges actually upholding the rule of law rather than granting exceptions by spinning their own interpretations to rule in favor of our banking institutions’ illegal acts, would greatly help restore faith in our country and what our country used to stand for. Sadly, it is getting more and more difficult to find any honor, pride and goodness in America because money, greed and power are all that matter to wall street, banks, corporations, government and the judicial system. I don’t recall any other time in history where even our courageous military men and women, who are injured and killed for this country, have felt as low and discouraged and are questioning the real purpose for be asked to serve.

Please know that there are many out here who recognize and greatly respect and appreciate your tenacity and pray that right will eventually prevail over wrong.
