Sounds like something TBTF would handle, you know, swindling investors out of money.
There was probably a TBTF bank indirectly involved in this scam, much the way Banksters knew exactly what was happening at ENRON. I wonder what it must be like to be a careerist in what passes for criminal justice these days – entire neighborhoods wiped out, people’s life savings obliterated, increasing numbers of homeless, broken families, and the mode of operation is “nothing to see here, no harm no foul, move along”. Some folks will work for money without any thought what so ever about what it is they do. Perhaps we should be thankful when the next deadbeat kites a check, a SWAT team will be spring into action – ready to “save society from evil.”

Although these arrests and sentences may be justified, it is still an injustice that the crimminals for stealing BILLIONS, BILLIONS of dollars from american citizens have yet to be arrested, convicted and sent to jail. This plot of these two people are nothing in comparison to what the real crimminals (Wells Fargo, Chase, Citi, etc) have committed! Are these prosecutions supposed to make us all feel better knowing that just one small fish in the sea has been captured? Hogwash!
