Every 2 weeks to a month they contact me, I contact them back at their request, go through VM and am told my ” Default Customer Relationship Manager” will return my call in one bis day. It’s been about 11 times over the last few months, never a return call yet. That’s just for starters, and I have recorded all these calls as well. Never EVER a single point of contact, Never.
