					<description><![CDATA[I like this line:  “SMDU addresses several challenges the servicing industry has faced in recent years by eliminating a manual and resource-intensive process for servicers while improving accuracy and consistency,”...since most of those persons working in that department don&#039;t seem to be able to add one plus one and definitely don&#039;t know squat about the inner workings of mortgage processing or qualifications!  So, indeedy, let&#039;s implement a robotic system to analyze a human being thus taking out all of the worry of using the one thing that seperates us from the rest of the planet....our brain! Oh, and BTW, even the automated system used by Fannie/Freddie (LP &#038; DU) still has gliches and even if it returns an &#039;approval&#039; for an applicant the lender still has their &#039;overlays&#039; which can negate the whole process anyway.  Despite all this automation, the lenders still have the control.....]]></description>
