Now, YOU can do something to help reign-in these felons without fear of retribution. Please call your senators and congress people telling them to support legislation to re-instate Glass-Stegall. This is something everyone can do without fear of being labled an extremist or a threat to government. Glass-Stegall helped keep the banks in check for 66 years before it was repealed,(Thanks, Bill Clinton) paving the way for what the banks have become today. However, the momentum is shifting with more and more congresspeople from more and more states initiating their own bills to reign–in the out of control banksters. Now, in a pivotal act indicating a major shift in the political capital, similar legislation has been proposed in the senate. With our help, this nail in the coffin of the runaway banksters can be pushed to fruition.
