5 yrs of AD. The bank had foreclosed in 2010. I came back to find out they’d cancelled the sale and left the property abandoned. (Chase Bank). A zombie. Now. The property is destroyed. Uninhabitable. U have to get a lawyer to sort this out.

The same thing happened to my husband while we were stationed in Spain and our case is currently at military legal as well. Wells Fargo did this to us, violated our SCRA!! We have written letters to Pam bondi and a spokes person from her office called and basically said “so what” then emailed us links to lawyers. Military legal was floored to hear our congressman ignored us on such an offense where purgey was commented in her state by a bank against a military member. If a news outlet was to go public and ask for the military members to come forward who were foreclosed on who had SCRA protections you would be amazed. Unwise I knew about that news report and the media outlet that was airing it!!!!
