Nothing, becuase crime does pay! However, I do applaud those who are filing the suit. It’s always better to have it ‘of record’ and worse for the bank from the bad publicity. More than likely the suit will end up with a settlement where they get to pay a ‘small fraction’ of the damage they caused.

We got one of those after endless tries to get a hamp modification. We have no proof though. We never got the in house modification paperwork back and nothing was ever signed or filed by the servicer. Any links with more info is appreciated!
