Negotiating? With the banks? They are deliberately ignoring everything else they negotiated prior. They are thumbing their noses at these bogus settlements that already let them escape for a few pennies of their ill gotten spoils.

If anyone expects them to ever comply they haven’t been paying attention.

Until the likes of Dimon, and Blankfien, and Moynihan are perp-walked in leg irons in front of news cameras they will go right on doing what they want to do and elected officials will keep on doing what they are told to do and we have to wade through Joseph Smith’s attempt to gloss over the obvious.
