We were victims of FRAUD in 2001 before anyone was aware of it. Harmon Law represented the servicer of Freddie MAc. Andrew Harmon was presented with proof that the employee was guilty of DEFALCATION and our loan had been paid off. His jaw almost hit the ground when I presented proof of all the payments we paid that were not credited and I had all my bank statements to show they were debited and all the payments we paid extra to go toward the principal. He told me this certain employee was a thorn in his side and definitely had a personal vendetta because I became more aggressive and threatened to come into the bank and get him removed from having access to our bank account and payments. Andrew promised to do an internal investigation which was never done. This gets so much more involved and we believe the fire in our home was started by someone deeply involved in the criminal acts and embezzlement. Thankfully our documents were not at the home at the time of the fire. The worst part is Division of Banks, AG Martha Coakley and Daniel Cranes Office were all guilty of DERELICTION OF DUTY and allowing the FRAUD to continue. We were probably one of the 1st homeowners who brought this to their attention but its like the Fox guarding the Hen House! They all try to protect their own. Thank GOD I never threw anything away including my phone bills with proof of all the phone calls. I knew Harmon Law was unethical but never heard the term robo-signer back then or foreclosure mill. I am gonna get the chance to expose everyone of these crooks and they don’t have a prayer trying to back peddle because I have my complete paper trail in sequential order. I am tired of being threatened and I will die fighting for Justice and making sure the criminals are jailed. I hope for once Martha Coakley follows through with her promises.

Having personally dealt with the crooked Harmon law firm with regard to real property in New Hampshire and watching Harmon’s lackey attorneys pervert the bankruptcy court, pervert the state court, aided and abetted by complicit public servants and the U.S. Trustee (I hope NSA is picking up this post), and watching the US Trustee ignore blatant bankruptcy court fraud (sham B-10 proof of claim with a 5yr/ $500k penalty) the chickens will keep coming home to sh….. on Harmon’s head. Too bad all those homeowners tossed on the street as result of the conduct of this scumbag will probably never read this decision. Most have moved on with their lives after their rights were blatantly extinguished by crooked public servants. Harmon will meet his maker at some point just like punk David Stern and the rest of their ilk. Great Job MA AG. The other spineless AG’s can take a lesson from this to “man up” or “woman up” and do your job that the people pay you to do. Google Harmon fraudclosure and the video should pop up of the visit to the US Trustee in Manchester NH confronted with Harmon fraud. Trustees have a fiduciary DUTY to insure no false claims are made.
