Most if not all people bought a house to live and survive in – but had no choices about the rising costs and interest rates and grabbed while they could thinking prices would never be lower . . . give one residential consideration to all Americans that is valuated at exactly what it is – with a low to no interest rate – like wall street enjoys – and any dwellings aside the residence – is fair game for the games – but leave the primary shelter alone . . . guarded and protected – hands off by wall street greed and disallowed from being morphed into securities transactions – and remains an old fashioned home loan – nothing more – no MERS – no nonsense with convenient tethering and veiled corporate gaming with a human’s home – hands off – go play tiddly winks with the summer homes, vacation spots, etc.
