Something negative is about to happen.
The Reserve is not a Federal agency, but you cross them and see what court and prison system you will go to, the far more lenient and shorter time State or much harsher and longer time Federal that is only for those that have done Federal crimes?
Answer is Federal! Make sense? No, but that is the way it is.
It is Federal at times and not when needed to not be.
