Condo, I have wondered why I signed Title with Capital Title( in a different County), and then why it got sold or transferred to Fidelity, and finally to “Recontrust’s” created subsidiary Title Company. If you had trouble with who owns the Title in the first place. This company surely adds to the confusion.
