I've read what you wrote, and I feel your pain. It's a sad situation of what about what has happened to the consumer. We have been bamboozled by our own government, and have been blindly disarmed from having protection in the court. Very few people realize that once upon a time, it was as easy to get a contingency attorney to fight mortgage fraud, as it is to get a contingency attorney for a car accident nowadays. A contingency attorney doesn't get paid until you get paid, and then takes around 20- 30%. The reason I know this is because my husband was a victim of predatory lending in 2003, and it was around then the country was doing away with contingency attorneys for mortgage fraud. I wish I could say something more encouraging, but I am striving to bring awareness about how the greed of our politicians who arranged with Wall street to strip any trace of ethics for consumers from the library shelves, and internet. There have been websites that tried to sound the alarm about all the corruption, but those websites that educated, don't exist anymore. In all honesty, what the Department of Justice did to homeowners in their so-called settlement to supposedly cover their fraud, was one big joke, that wasn't even a bandaid, but a ploy to get the banks off of the hook. I don't know for sure, but I heard the banks didn't contribute nearly what was reported they paid out, and even if they did, the "bail-out" buffeted even that. The courts' are wrong when they let the banks' win when they get caught in their fraud. If the banks' followed improper protocol in issuing these so-called liar loans. They should not be rewarded for committing fraud against the helpless homeowner, especially since they had the greater bargaining power. Sadly, many of our woes started decades ago, and many elected people had an agenda to obtain great wealth for themselves, and annihilate the rights of middle to lower income people. What I have discussed is only a little bit of the rights that have been lost to the American people.

No one ever knew what you were talking about, information you faxed time and time again, they never had it. What a scam, so sad, and help, is this America we live in or WHAT?????
The lawsuit is entirely insincere. It fails to identify the individuals who engaged in the violations and does not address the key issue: the "warehouse" lines of credit were extended on loans which were never paid by BANA through the Countrywide entities, the notes and mortgages were never delivered to the REMIC trusts--which are nothing backed securities, and therefore have no value.

That's great for the Investors, but we little foreclosed upon animals have been devoured by the Big Animal Banks and Title Companies. BofA even created it's own subsidiaries as things moved along. There's got to be something wrong with that, and these are the things we KNOW. There's a lot that will never be uncovered. Oh well, sign of the times.
