Will I get any compensation on my wrongful foreclosure ? Is there help hope or why did they say I’d get from IFR NMS CFPB
I have not seen a penny and a lady I know who was not even contacted for IFR got $1,000 from them plus $3,000 after had to move plus stayed three four years not paying 5,000 dollars loan payment monthly when I got shit and my payment only 888 only they say I didn’t pay when I have receipts stapled to loan statements paid monthly jan 2007 to march 17 2010 what’s am I missing (((

judges take your home whether thew bank, thief, crooks don’t own it, thjey illegally “own” it w/ out the “original “mortgage” & “prommissary-note. by 11″entities” not legal lic. nor registered to conduct business or out of businss for yrs. & denied a new lic. therefore they have “no” legal ‘ capacity to sue in any fla. courts but judges give them “ownership” on a fraud “auction” / “sale” for $100. & big “kick-backs” for judges (40- 50 foreclosures a day w/ 1 judge, the judge ‘s pockets are over-flowing.. “pathetic” assholes needs “j-a-i-l” hopefully god don’t like “ugly” they don’t live long enough to spend it….even w/ atty.’s the judges don’t want to hear it. they’ll black-ball” ya atty. o9ff the case as they did to me & my friend then the& ya don’t get ya money back & the atty. never signs on….then, the judge puts an (illegal) “unconstitutional” order on you so you can’t file any papers in court, ain’ t that a “bitch”…
