The virus within JPMorgan has spread! Forgery worked …until caught in the foreclosure fraud. The Trust or Wealth Mgmnt folks have forged documents to cover the bad acts of one of their own! Then, they sued me saying I caused their so called error! An expert has verified the over 15 signatures are not mine. I hesitate to say more. I have an excellent lawyer. However at 74, it has split my family beyond repair. The irony is that the man that caused the principal of an irrevokable Trust to be distributed to me, is the one investigating how it happened! All I asked was for a relocation of Administration! My point is: beware in all areas! This is in Texas.

So…..where’s the conclusion? If the trial date was set for a week later that would have been the end of August????????? That leads me to believe that the outcome was NOT so good for his clients! Whats up with that? Follow up 4closurefraud?

Mr. Rosen,

Did your client receive a letter from HUD/US Treasury stating that the loan was no longer FHA insured? The client paid for MIP at the close, and also a monthly MIP. I have looked at the FHA sales of no longer insured loans. I’m not sure where in the mortgagee letters or the National Housing Act they can have loans made to borrowers as FHA insured and then just decide one day that they are uninsured and it not be consumer fraud.

If your client’s loan is STILL FHA insured, how did Flagstar get paid, when HUD didn’t have title to the property? I was told by Thomas Kumi (HUD Single Family Asset manager for all SF FHA insured loans) that HUD has to receive clean title before it pays out the FHA insurance.

Did your research address any of that?
