Have you seen the TV commercial for Ally Bank, a woman on the phone with a bank representative who’s s explaining that the number of branch banks will be scaled back/phased out but it’s going to be much more efficient for customers to use the phone. The customer is shown as fearful and silly, because she’s tried several “new” ideas all of which were ridiculous and they didn’t work out, So now sh’s afraid of new things.

Makes a person mad when companies call themselves “job creators” while cutting back everywhere they can. Let’s ask them to produce data as to how many jobs they’ve actually created lately! And how many branches they’ve closed.
