Same here, but they stole my home after 35 years of blood, sweat, and toil, not to mention all the wonderful memories there! I posted earlier, but apparently, my post was removed? The way I “see” this entire nightmare is that all those who COULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE are in this together to STEAL the homes and lives of thousands & thousands of Americans! From the top of the current administration THROUGH big banks and Wall Street, INCLUDING the U.S. Comptroller … it’s all about FRAUD and CORRUPTION! I “see” nothing positive for America unless We The People revolt! NO “election” (they’re all fruitless!) and NO “politician” (they play too many “games”!) will change this BROKEN SYSTEM! This is nothing more than the continuation of the worst economic coverup in our nation’s history. Year ago the public suffered throughthe Savings and Loan debacle and as a result there were over 30,000 criminal indictments. This latest travesty with the asset backed securities among many other deceitful practices and there was not one arrest! Not one! What does that tell you? These crooks are in bed with the politicians and they got away scot free!

Hear! Hear!! I can SOOOOOO RELATE to your frustration, “Idynps”! I sent an online “letter” to this site just today regarding this very issue!! Doubt we’ll ever hear any answers for any solution – especially regarding the post from a lady attorney several months ago regarding those of who lost – HAD OUR HOMES STOLEN FROM US! … that “we” CAN get results IF “we” act COLLECTIVELY …. it would cost $$$, BUT, we can DO THIS if each of us paid only ONE DOLLAR to pay for the filings and legalities, etc. THEN, she never posted again, and there was never any follow up! Just more misery to add to our many frustrations of the crimes committed against us! SUCKS!!

Not the homeowners who were forced to walk away from there homes and lose all the equity, and everything they put into it. No, it’s going to go into some fund to supposedly help those homeowners who have managed somehow to stay in there homes. And of course that will not happen. That money will never be seen again by anyone who really needs it. What a freaking joke! I was one of those homeowners who lost everything, and after trying for 3 years to get them to work with us, we gave up and walked away only to have them try to sue us for the balance on the house. So we ended up in bankruptcy, so not only did they steal our house, but also our credit! Thank you BOA! Where is the prosecution, why are these bastards not serving time???????
