Lewis has her own personal agenda in siding with the banks setting trial dates without allowing discovery and setting hearings so that there is no time to appeal and allowing the appellee move for an emergency stay with the appellate court before the sale. We had Judge Simmons in Seminole County, early on this mess, get ousted. He used to hold attorney only seminars on exactly what would happen in his court room for foreclosures. We he found out defense attorneys were in the room, he would dismiss them. Im glad Florida is making a stand, because we surely would not get any support from our Attorney General Pam Bondi and she is next to go.
