Hello,I’m THANKFUL to all who stands up against these banks with the TRUTH of their misdeeds..& I’m a CONSUMER/HOMEOWNER that has been stream rolled by these crooks,JPMORGAN/CHASE,their greed knows no bounds,their law-less-ness acts/actions CONTINUES,even though ”penalities” have been dealt to them,they are making a mockery of Rights,Laws because NO ONE IS MADE TO ABIDE BY LAWS=PUNISHMENTS,EXCEPT THE CONSUMER/HOMEOWNERS?????IMAGINE….if a person/buisness,,,manipulated,altered,forged documents to steal property,credit worthiness,life as you knew it,,,,& that’s NOT a crime? Is’nt that a P.O.B…prisoner of banks???they have HELD our lives in limbo/hostage over a default that can’t prove,Why? We never missed any pymts,never needed,asked for help,modification,,Paid our way every month..so here we are 4yrs later STILL IN LIMBO FROM 2010 DEFAULT CLAIM PROVING OVER,OVER,OVER PAID.WERE IS THE JUSTICE?????Court date coming,2015???? That makes it 5 YEARS GONE,,,,So NEW RULES/LAWS still fallen on the ears of JPMORGAN/CHASE=DEAF/DONT CARE!!!!!!!#AMERICANDREAMDEAD.

It’s easy to sit back and slam Alayne for not coming out sooner, but in actuality, she did go up the chain and report the misdealings. You also have to understand the contracts that are signed when you are employed by these ‘monster’ banks at that level. It’s not as easy as you may think for her to just run to the media and blab. She was facing a ‘giant’ who could literally destroy her. And remember, they have been able to make a phone call to stop a lawsuit so what do you think they could have done to this woman? Don’t jump the gun DC to criticize. I would not be surprised that these people and those that have never come forward are in fear of their lives; not just their livelihood. Those high-ranking officers we all know are criminals and as such are capable of most anything; even murder. I say she’s got guts and I’m sure she still has a lot of those documents safely tucked away. You can literally HEAR fear as she speaks.

No one is dealing with the problem that foreclosure was illegally conducted for the benefit of unsecured creditors thereby wrongfully depriving homeowners of their proiperty. Surely comparable fines need to be levied on pretender lenders who were servicers who became mere unsecured creditors of the homeowner who loands they serviced. In thbe case of Florida, these foreeclosing servicers explicitly used fraud to circumvent homestead protections accorded Florida homeowners by the Florida Constitution.
