Nationstar and GMAC has been filing false documents in the courts getting bailouts and forged assignments. I have reported all of my documented evidence with the court showing fraud on the court with forged signatures, photo-shopped stamps on assignments, UN certified copies of notes and mortgages that don’t exist, and one signature contracts that were never transmitted to any lenders so no signatures of the lenders agents or even notary stamped signatures on foreclosure filings by any witnesses. This has to stop. Nationstar mortgage is a debt collector getting the court to allow assignments of standing when they don’t have any agent relationship with the borrower, who did not sign any agent contract with MERS to assign any loans or debts to anyone else. Even the Pennsylvania District Attorney refused to help me saying that it is already being litigated when the truth is no agency is doing anything to stop all these pretender Lenders from being allowed to destroy this country by the powers of the Banks that caused all the Trillions of dollars that disappeared from this country.
