For God’s sake, this has been going on for decades and it has genealogy of the same familes. Oddly enough, there is a new TV show coming out that portrays the tactics of police officers at CPD. The only other PD that I can think of that compares to CPD would be the NYPD. Let’s face it, people, both cities were the limelight of the mob era and anyone who thinks all that disappeared, well, living in a fantasy world. Good for The Guardian who appears to be just one of the few journalistic outlets remaining definitive of ‘real journalism with real reporters’.
