DITTO!!! Big time! What about those of us who actually suffered the harm?
I’m sick of reading about millions of dollars going for more programs to “educate” us regarding out finances. What a joke! I was making my modified pymts when they took my home, And every dept (from the OCC to my AG’s ofct to my State Reps ofc, etc) suggested I hire an attorney.
With what? I was going for a mod because I was struggling. I was making my modified pymts for a year, when they foreclosed with no notice.
Atty’s quoted me $200,000 to take my case.
I owed far less than that on my loan. Given that kind of money, I would’ve just paid off my home of 20 yrs.
Time we educate our govt, instead. Hmpff!!!
