countrywide changed our loan from a full-document income verified loan to a stated income loan (aka “liars loan”) and fraudulently added a monthly bonus to our income of $11,610 per month without our knowledge. it was all a set-up and The Big Short only tells a part of the story. The banks ripped off the pension fund investors and “sold” them the same loan they sold to many others (according to the FCIC), never gave the loans to the MBS Trusts but kept them “safely” in their own vaults which was a set-up for that enabled them to say they were the “holder of the indebtedness” so they could fraudulently foreclose. Moreover, they filed the Trusts with the SEC but a few months after the trusts closing filed a 15-15D report which said they no longer had to report to the SEC (thus allowing even more fraud…)
to learn more i filed a 188 page federal RICO complaint 1:15CV05844 with 110 pages of corroborating exhibits which chronologically lays it all out. My judge wants me to amend and shorten my complaint focusing on MY loan and not indicting the mortgage industry…
the bottom line: the fiat monetary system we utilize had an expiration date and was due to collapse. the “best and brightest” on wall street were keenly aware of this FACT and meticulously engineered the 2008 Financial Crisis to control this collapse and ensure that THEY benefited while the powerful Middle Class was eviscerated through foreclosure and loss of pension funds, loss of jobs, inflation etc etc etc , brought to its knees which makes it far more malleable thus enabling the banks to establish yet another worldwide fiat system which they of course control. The state courts dont care for they have been convinced that if they acknowledge the TRUTH, the banks/economy will collapse and it will be their fault! Quite the contrary for the system MUST fail and they are making sure it fails through quantitative easing, no income tax for corporations, zero interest rates while simultaneously the alleged “debt” which is nothing more than the biggest Ponzi scheme of all…, continues to rise and We the Sheeple point the fingers at one another in blame – exactly what they want us to do – to distract us from looking at what is really happening. i also wrote my 4th book and powerpoint which is free at scribd.com We the Sheeple VS> The Banksters. they will keep pushing us until we decide to push back.

What I find hilarious is when I talk to loan mortgage people or real estate agents, they look at me as if I am from another planet and they wish me luck. these so called professionals are so brainwashed with the system and I just can not believe how defensive they get protecting these big criminals…….ah, I mean banks.
My response always is……just because something has been done a certain way for a long period of time does not mean it is correct or legal. It takes the few with vision and balls to change the system. And believe me, I have changed the system in both of my professions. Thank you for sharing!

Lauren, I am ecstatic to see your reply to me. I will download your case and print. One of our most compelling exhibits is my husband did NOT sign the negative Amortization sheet, there was no title company at all, no notary, TILA fraud, robosigning, and the broker wasn’t licensed.
There are more exhibits. We actually paid on the loan for 4 years 2006-2010. Went to mediation, they sent an attorney who did not have authority. We paid 10 payments more and they were never credited. Never a 2nd set of HAMP paperwork.
Bof A supposedly took over loan, denied us paperwork, then repackaged it and it was thrown into a block of loans serviced by an unknown party. We quit making payments Jan 2011. Getting ready to go back to Mediation. Do you think it’s easier to file, or is there an attorney or group that represents homeowners who have been damaged so severely. We are age 70 now and are concerned about having a place to live.
My husband was so distraught he ended up having a massive heart attack in March and had a 5 vessel bypass.

I found my 1st mortgage fraud case in 2001 when someone put 2 mortgages on this house and I paid on both for 6 months before I figured it out with a federal agent friend. That didn’t get resolved for 3 yrs and I was a widow at the time. When my new husband took out a new loan in 2004, it came out again. It still is showing on a title search. i filed a 297 (includes over 100 pgs of exhibits) page federal RICO case 7-1-15 pro-se against BOA defining the “enterprise” as “loan origination to foreclosure” #15-cv-05844 united states district court – northern district of illinois. the enterprise as i have defined is “loan origination to foreclosure”. went to court 3 weeks ago -judge wants me to amend – way too long but ive got lots of case law and corroborating exhibits. also posted on scribd.com under my name lauren tratar. welcome your borrowing my thousands of hours of research as we’re all in this together!

We have a house which has not had a clean title since 1989. I aND the AGs 0ffice found 30 laws broken in the contract by Countrywide and it’s brokers. Still fighting for prosecution of brokers and mers, Countrywide and phoney papers, not signed. Would love to help catch robot signers, money laundering and wire and mail fraud.
