Ocwen has me in court trying to fire up a new foreclosure that I won in 2012. I sent in a jesonowski rescission cert mail and the court has it with a motion I prepared off a Pattillo order to dismiss off living lies web blog. I am sure there are some minor errors and Ocwen is challenging it and the Judge is heavily recommending I get a lawyer. I thought rescission was effective upon mailing. I can email my motion to dismiss for you to review and would appreciate a response what form you have available and techniques. I am in Michigan. Thanks Roger 989=642-2392

I could use some advice I was in loan modificatation received a letter Jan 20th they had all my paper work and on Jan 25 they sold my house someone show up in my yard and said they just brought my house What can I do I have lived in this house since 1993 was up to date until my husband pass away first they ignored me then they have paper worked me to death and now they just sell my house help 601 2476

Nationstar wants to put me into loan modification for 120,00.00 temporary for three months 648.59 cents 2% interest after three they will make do all over again then they will tell me I don’t get approve bofa did this back in January 2009 I paid on time for three months and did not get approved now I have court hearing Jan 27 2016 do you have any advice thank you
