It was a LIE from the beginning , and perpetuated all the way through the alleged securitization process to the stealing of our homes !!! The fact is table funding , or CONDUIT FUNDING is an act where the ” straw man lender” takes money from the conduit and funds the loan and misleads the borrower into thinking the money came from them , which it didn’t !!! The securitization is the event taking place before the note is actually signed making the clause on the note ” may transfer ” in the future and IMPOSSIBLE EVENT !!! It’s FRAUD IN THE FACTUM and gives every homeowner a right of RESCISSION !!!
