Our mortgage has not gone done in years but we pay over 2,000 per month.
They charge fees that they can’t explain causing serious financial problems. We can t sell because we owe more than house is worth. Payments do not appear to be allocated correctly and no one knows anything when you try to speak with them. I have actually been hung up on many times, several times with a HUD rep on the phone as well. They could not believe it.
Trying to leave them but don’t want them to get away with taking our money and can’t afford a lawyer to review all statements. I find it hard to believe they are stil in business.
