In plain English , the Sub- prime Lenders are NOT Lenders at all ! They are straw man lenders , empty vessels used to get your name on a Promissory note to fuel the scheme created by the Investment banks who FUNDED THE LOANS , with Investor money !!! It wasn't a Mortgage then a Securities contract . It was a securities contract right out of the gate !! and even that is questionable !?!? nevertheless , no one in the alleged Securitization chain that the homeowner is allowed to see had any skin in the game !!! the Sub-prime lender , the depositor , and the trustee NEVER brought any consideration to the table and has any right to your home . The Mortgages and Securitizations are a sham , and it is totally against the Law what they did !!! It's called THE INTENTIONAL TORT OF CONVERSION It's Fraud in the Inducement , and Fraud in the Factum , and this gives you the right to RESCIND the Bogus Mortgage contract under the Truth in Lending Act ( TILA ) DO IT !!
