Have a similar situation with Christiana Trust – however what I am starting to notice is that this isn’t a registered SEC trust. None of their alleged trusts are registered. It’s my understanding they may be “private” trusts but with that – shouldn’t they be registered in the state of Florida to conduct business? If anyone can recommend an attorney covering Flagler would be greatly appreciated.
