The correct terminology…. ” TRUE LENDER ” now we need the dynamics of the TRUE CONTRACT that millions were involved in , and it wasn’t a Mortgage Contract !!!! When they tell you that your Mortgage was securitized , they are hiding the fact that the TRUE LENDER wasn’t the entity that claimed to lend you money !!! The Mortgage was a LIE !!! You were involved in a securities contract brokered behind your back and without your permission and the entity that claimed to be the LENDER was just a servicer of the money stream created between the Borrower and the Investor ! This scam is like Enron on steroids or a million times worse than Madoff !!!!
