Deon, 50, lived in Detroit, Michigan with Karen, 41, before they moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Deon works as a real estate investor and owns property in both Michigan and Nevada.
The Sun can exclusively reveal six of his Michigan homes went into foreclosure, according to court documents.
In March 2019, a forfeiture of real property was filed for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Detroit that Deon owned, Michigan court records confirm.
The home was forfeited, which means loss of property, because of “non payment of real property tax” for the 2016 and 2017 tax years.
Then in July 2019, a judgment of foreclosure was filed, meaning the bank can proceed with selling the home.
