Erin Collins Cullaro – Assistant Attorney General? Florida Default Law Group Attorney? OR The Presiding Judge that Forecloses on Your Home?

Again, this is better than a Steven King Novel!

On Friday we reported Scandalous – Substantiated Allegations of Foreclosure Fraud That Implicates the Florida Attorney General’s Office and The Florida Default Law Group

In where The notary who allegedly administered the expert’s oath and vouched for her signature was Erin Cullaro, a former employee of FDLG and now an Assistant Attorney General in the Economic Crimes Division of the Office of the Attorney General.

Not only was Erin just a former employee, it looks like she was one of the lead counsel for Michael Echeverria, the owner of FDLG (Florida Default Law Group)

Just recently their website went “offline” but Google cashed version is here…

Ms. Cullaro would have not been present in Florida on the date and time that an affidavit was notarized.

Here are the signatures to compare…

Now we find that Ms. Erin Collins Cullaro is a candidate for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit’s currently vacant position of county court judge in and for Hillsborough County!

  1. Sir
Excellent articles on your site. My house is in Kissimmee 100% under water. I am afraid to deal with Bank of America after they killed that poor old guy in Phoenix. Is there any news on Wis? When I wrote the Plaintiff’s lawyer about the improper assignments, they countered with an assignment of judgement and rights motion by summary judgement nunc pro tunc. Do you think I can defeat this by a motion to dismiss the foreclosure judgement?

  2. Wait! Wait! I can’t keep up!

    Let’s see if I’ve got this straight………..

    √ Foreclosure Mill Lead Counsel

√ Assistant Attorney General of the state of Florida

√ “Specialize” in “Economic Crimes” perhaps in more ways than one

√ Side Job as a Free Lance Notary on Witnesses’ Affidavits for huge foreclosure mill

√ Signs with the “snowflake motto”; no two are ever alike (slight liberties taken with exaggeration).

√ Serious contender for judgeship in Hillsborough county, FL, possibly to preside over tens of thousands of foreclosure cases.

    What am I forgetting………….?

Better than a novel. My god, no decency. Thanks for posting.

  4. Will she be the foreclosure judge on cases where the Plaintiff’s counsel is Florida Default Law Group and the case depends on evidence where she was the notary on witness affidavits?

Pity the poor person who is faced with an unfounded foreclosure in her courtroom. Can’t imagine how “unbiased” she will be in adjudicating cases presented by Florida Default Law Group!

Goodness gracious! That there is some crazy stuff, Mr 4closureFraud!
