Well, mine was assigned to Central Coast Mortgage from Downey Savings. Funny thing is Downey went out of business and NO PAPERWORK was done for several years until I wanted amodification. Central told me to let my payments go late or they wouldnt modify! I didnt think that was good but stopped paying. Central said they would modify then put my few lates into the loan. They then DRAGGED me out over a year before giving an verbal turndown (illegal) and filed notice of forclosure. The documents to assign the loan were only completed DAYS before the NOD and in both notary spots with two different stamped names, a single initial was written. An initial that isnt even in either of the names! And, its not legal,in my state for a notary to only use an initial. Many people reding stories like this will say ‘Oh it doesnt matter—you signed the original loan and should be paying your debts.’ THEY TOLD ME NOT TO PAY!! I forgot to add that when they finally turned me down, they called all payments, fines, legal fees due and there was nomway I could come up with it. THATS THE PLAN out there, folks.
And just think, MERS probably has completely different info on this…..LOL
why doesn’t the president just have a normal looking birth certificate that says the usual things all of ours do? Mine tells the hospital i was born in, the age of my parents and looks like a birth certificate. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t keep theirs or get a copy of the original.

It muddles real robo-signer issue with the nutty birther paranoid claims and makes the foreclosure defendants claims of robo-singers look paranoid by association.

Obama has the justice department to take care of this mess. He may get a free house somewhere not to make a big deal of this. We will never know. What we will know is if he does nothing. Then it smells of a rat. We will just ask our President to do the right thing here and put a stop to the fraud for himself and all others. An Executive Order would be real nice to clean all this mess up. But will be be mad enough to do it? Or will his compromising shyster skills come in and he will wink both eyes, turn his back, and see the boys in the back room away from the cameras? Do the right thing Mr. Chief In Staff. Just do it Chief and show us how a real Chief handles fraud on his watch.
