I sent an email also to the parties that be to stop this…to really re read the proposed bill and see what we ere talking about…so cudos to all of you and the heroines mentioned…I felt this bill would not pass…let us move on to fight the banks and get the word out to the judges also…lets get some supreme court cases that won against the banks and lets share those to see how we can do the same….

Good work everyone. It is now time to post all the names of those who supported this sham legislation. They are “banking” us to now forget their betrayal of the public so they can get re-elected. Can we do this? Because if they go back up there, they will resurrect this legislation. The banks have already written another bill and it is ready for the next session. The fight is not over. Just this battle is over. I for one really appreciate those of you on the private sector side, the attorneys fighting for property owners, and those who operate the web sites. Mr. Redmond if it was not for your one-man operation scouring the net, picking up information, and emailing it to us, we would certainly be ignorant of the shams being pulled and the victories won. Today we rejoice, tomorrow we win and the war will be over. Until then, do not give up the flag and go sit by the pool. Jesus help us all.
Some of the items in this bill had merit, such as the intention not to let illicit endeavors run in abandoned homes and associations faced with raising fees to others paying them might get some relief. I’d like to applaud our Florida politicians for passing on this one, it was rife with potential harm. I’d like to applaud those who made it happen. Keep up the good fight.
Using the abandoned home was a sham…homes are sometimes abandoned due to seisure for drugs by the sherrifs..so they should take care of them…all the banks had to do was agree to allow the homeowner to stay in the property and maintain it until they work out the solution but since they are out to just steal and have no heart…well, then…but this abandoned property can be solved differently…

WOW!!!!!! i am thrilled. kathleen she needs to retire and go tend her garden and help her children avoid foreclosures they are at risk for. oh wait no, she has an inside with the bank like our good friends in AZ or was it CO? who got a loan modification , principle reduction and all of the sudden the bill he was sponsoring to HELP homeowners was gone???
I wrote everyone of them 3 times. and kathlene personally. just like everyone else we have been put under the bus in this fraud. what have we heard since the 1980’s in our florida high school economics class. buy a house get the mortgage intrest deduction to reduce your taxes. because thats the only way to use deductions. so we all listens. we were well dumb downed. they got all of us babyboomers to buy our second and then 3rd house and BAM pull the rug right out from under us just when we were 10 years from retirement. my husband 52 unemployed no jobs in florida has to return to school?????? mwe have owned our home since 1991. i broke my ankle, had 3 kids between 1991 and 2004 and never once was even near foreclosure and that was with my husband unemployed. actually when i broke my ankle in 2000 he was unemployed but because in 1991 underwriting was careful to approve homes using 25-27% of NET income everyone was safe with a job loss you can survive on unemployment or short term disability. in 2006 was different. somehow they were able to use GROSS income to approve houses. we all know we pay income taxes, ss, medicare, health insurance, so much how can GROSS income ever be aloud as a basis for buying a home. in retrospect I much rather have been denied the mortgage on my home , then to have fraudulently be put in a stated income loan that now i am fighting for my home. origination fraud, modification fraud , foreclosure fraud. what is in house modification anyway when the investor denied a hamp loan and the modification is not even part of the foreclosure?
WE WON THIS BATTLE, NOW ON TO WIN THE WAR IN THE COURTS! IT CAN BE DONE!!!!
