Watch the left side of the screen as someone (not the punched woman) throws what looks like water at the cops.

PARADA EN MEMORIA DE LAS MUJERES Y UN GORILA (POLICIA) ATACA BRUTARMENTE A LAS HOMENAJEADAS.nO SE PUEDE RESPETAR A QUIEN NO RESPETA
That’s Philly for you. Not a shock. Disgusting? Absolutely. But Philly cops have their own set of rules they live by. They seem to think the laws don’t apply to them. I sure as hell hope this “lieutenant” finds out differently.
Fire this Guy, he obviously has a complex of some kind……
As much as we defend the hard work of our police, that is outrageous. The police who witnessed that should be fired for not handcuffed the captain who hit her, and the Chief should be fired too. No excuses.
Happens all-the-time. Not all cops are thugs, but this violence appears to be condoned.
With cameras, what happens all-the-time, is reaching a wider audience. Remember, there are always members of “lily-white” wealth who prefer storm troopers to intervene in dissent, and keep the “deadbeats” down with force. Be careful when filming, since that seems too appears to bring forth “attack dog” aggression. Over decades, violence has declined throughout society, but it appears state apparatus can utilize violence as they see fit. The intent is clear, power doesn’t really appreciate people protesting Banks, Foreclosures or anything else, they counter dissent with threats and violence. This only means we are going to win.
