I have posted info here on 4closurefraud before, and I want to post this information again in hopes it reaches more people re: some documents filed into the county record in my foreclosure case by a “signer” who wears many hats and works for many financial corporations. His name is “Darren Bronaugh”. It seems aweful strange that he signs as the VP of many corporations in different states, by different notaries all claiming to know him, and some claiming to know he is the VP for more than one company at the same time! He has signed as Vice President and Assistant VP of the following companies: Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, MERS, U.S. Bank National Association, Wachovia Bank, and Chevy Chase Bank. I have copies of docs filed in my own case by this man AND all the aforementioned companies. Anyone with MERS on their Deeds of Trust (which includes most of us!) may like to see the one I found where this man signs as the VICE PRESIDENT OF MERS, and as ‘nominee of Chevy Chase Bank’. According to MERS website, Darren Bronaugh is NOT the VP OF MERS as of June 2010!! Just go to MERS’ website (http://www.mersinc.org/ and the link for their executives: http://www.mersinc.org/about/exec.aspx ) and you can see who is the Executive VP, the Senior VP, and the VP… Dan McLaughlin, Executive Vice President & Product Division Manager; Bill Hultman, Senior Vice President & Corporate Division Manager; and Douglas Danko, Vice President, Customer Group Manager. You can also call MERS and ask who their Vice President is if you want: Phone: (800) 646-6377. I have seen Darren Bronaugh’s name as a signer of more companies online (but did not print out, although I am trying to locate them since I know I saved them) from the following companies: Countrywide Home Loans, WaMu, Bank of America, and a few others. My hope is that once the word gets out and enough people can confirm this signer is committing fraud, it will help to render many of our foreclosures null and void! I will gladly send you our documents proving the foreclosure mill FORGED their signatures – and FORGED the NOTARY’S signatures… This is LEGALLY CONFIRMED in court by an Expert Handwriting Expert with 2500 cases with the FBI.

When we submitted our docs – they withdrew the foreclosure but that damn judge has NOT reported the law firm to date. They are REQUIRED by LAW to report that kind-of illegal act but they have NOT… That law firm continues to foreclose on about 40 families per day. I am in Maryland – the documents are in PDF format – including case numbers. This all happened in Dec 2009…

If you want them I’ll send them and if you don’t want to use them that’s fine too. I just want to be sure and let as many folks know about this as possible so they can use these legal documents in their own cases here in Maryland & Virginia…

Here is a key legal question to these purported assignments;
WHERE IS THE VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, if a mortgage is transferred from one company to another, the UCC and most state Laws are somewhat clear: there has to be valuable consideration, authority to sign and transfer, an agreement between the parties (terms of transfer)
Validation of the signing parties etc. Look at the transfers that were provided they came from mainly ONE COMPANY DOX, INC

Thats right! Its LPS, there are RICO and Civil Fraud, FDCPA, Privacy issues just to name a few

The key is this in my case Mortgage was fraudulently transferred in a Trustee Name
The Note is in a different name
They cancel each other out, neither is enforceable separately!
I have this on record with a court reporter from our hearing last Thursday, this put the judge on notice that this will not stand. I will update on the courts final decision
QUESTION EVERYTHING! All is not what it appears to be, Get an Audit!
