I am not sure what to do…I just discovered documents from the 8 years of foreclosure by Wells Fargo NW, NA (Plaintiff); vs Mortgage Network Corporation d/b/a Bluefin Mortgage, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Recording System, (MERS) Incorporated, and myself (ACK) and my now ex-wife (SRD) [etc al – Defendant(s)] which started late 2007 – and culminated in January 2015, with a final judgement and foreclosure sale. Wells Fargo sold the house to themselves for $100. I have gained access to the E-File system and can see the docs that are in the file. I saw maybe half of these over that 8 year period…

Since MERS has no employees, how does an entity that is not a real person assign anything?
How does such an entity declare itself to hold anything physical as it is nothing but a server
farm with racks of servers that are not human?
It should be challenged in court that as MERS is an inanimate object it can’t do anything human.

Do you have anything for China Brown as far as depositions. I have her sworn affidavits but the judge wouldn’t take them because I told him I researched her on the internet. He made it sound like I was downloading coupons. I told him that certain lawfirms were trying to make a fool of him.
He refused to look into it. I had a good argument in court. It was so unusual he pushed me aside. The hearing was Aug 1, 2011. The 18th he drove to a park in a remote area and was shot in the head with a gun. The police have thusfar ruled it a suicide. I am not so sure. Everyone said he seemed to have no worries. The police need to look at his computer history since August 1. Look at his rulings since Aug. 1, 2011. Maybe I should turn over the evidence I have to the police and let them exhaust any possibility of foul play.

This is exciting news. I have pro se litigants I am assisting in FL, GA, SC and other states, where the foreclosing plaintiff, usually Deutsche Bank Trust, etc. has used an assignment signed by Jeffrey Stephan from MERS, and recorded after the foreclosure was filed. The Master In Equity who handles these cases in SC, refuses to grant our motions to dismiss for lack of standing. I am hoping that we can use this deposition of Mr. Stephan to show that these assignments are fraudulent and get the foreclosures dismissed, since MERS acquires no interest in the notes and mortgages, they can’t assign any valid rights to the note and mortgage to Deutsche Bank Trust, especially if the assignments are fraudulent. Do we have your permission to download the complete affidavit and use it in our cases? Also, I am very interested in getting a copy of your class action suit against Deutsche Bank. Thanks for all of your hard work. Many people are very appreciative of your efforts on behalf of homeowners.
