Doc prep in Manila? Does anyone here in the U.S. know what kind of dump Manila is and how corrupt? It’s a thousand times more corrupt than any foreclosure mill lawfirm and they will be doing the doc prep.

This is so unbelievable. When my son returned from Hong Kong last year, he told me about the Chinese “foreclosure tours” of U.S. properties. He said that prosepctive Chinese buyers go to one of the tour offices, sit down at a table, and then go through photo albums of properties. They choose the properties and the areas they are interested in buying. Then the tour agent sets up the travel to the U.S. and the tours of the properties. My son told me that generally the buyers are not interested in buying these homes to live in, but rather, as investment properties (rental).

In the end, we will all be paying rent to the Chinese.

That is, the US Treasury — taxpayers — via TARP, has financed an offshore foreclosure mill and funneled a fortune into the hands of Stern and his cohorts.
