I have been battling with Bank of America for 2 years. I was in a loan modification with them, and while they were telling me everything would be fine, they went behind my back and foreclosed on me. When I asked them about it, they bold faced lied and said they did no such thing. I saw my name in the paper that my house was up for auction, called BOA and they said, sue the papers because they are printing untrue stuff. Then finally they told me that they would stop the foreclosure, that they said wasnt, if I pay $2700.00 a month. I was paying $1700.00 a month and could not afford that. How is that a modification?
Then they told me my house was up for auction, May 6th, didnt happen. Then June 6th, didnt happen. Then August 6th, didnt happen. Now it is on Oct. 14th. They told me I had to get out. I was so stressed and sick and tired of their B.S. I moved. I called to let them know, and no one wants responsibilty for the house. So there it sits, empty, everything turned off, and now BOA doesnt want it. Just got a letter in the mail, stating that they will go down to $1200.00 a month if I return. WHAT? BOA needs to be stopped. I know of 15 people they are doing this too. I will never deal with BOA again, nor will my friends and family. They do not know their butt from a hole in the ground. Or maybe they do, and these are the tack tics they use to scoop up houses.

A man from MA, with no ties to Florida whatsoever, decided that he saw enough of non-judicial foreclosure in the 37 states that allow this atrocity and violation of due process.

I was impressed and amazed at his dedication as he put in long hours of hard, creative work.

We in America live among many such quiet heroes.

Sign the petition and then ask what you too can do to protect our country from further descent into a feudalistic country run by powerful, well-funded financial oligarchs who take over, prey upon, and corrupt all in their path.

I am convinced that this was a needed response due to all the news of recent days.

Our Elected officials need to be held accountable as we are. I am not afraid of any consequences.

OUR Words need to be heard loud and clear.

Illegal & Fraudulent Foreclosures need to be dealt with IMMEDIATELY.

The system is over-run with GREED & FRAUD

Please Spread the Word.

And as I close i get word of another friend of mine hurting.
