Wow all!!!
So I am getting calls from Bloomberg, Fox News, CNN, etc today.
CNN asked me if I could help them get in contact with a homeowner that was affected by the crisis…
Well, we just left the CNN studio here in South Florida and Lisa Epstein of Foreclosure Hamlet did the most fabulous interview…
She touched on all the issues.
Be sure to tune in CNN at 5pm!
She is a true hero and now our NATIONAL spokesperson.

Anyone in the state of GA, Non-judicial? No help here either! BAC foreclosed on my house yesterday at Courthouse steps, refusing my attempts to notice them of their GA Code violations as well as due process of law!
I tivo’d CNN at 5pm, it was The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer, there was a short bit on foreclosure but I didn’t see Lisa on it, did I miss it?

ALL YOUR HARD WORK IS PAYING OFF!!!!!
Way to go Lisa! I got your message and am still working hard out here in Arizona (non judicial state) Tiffany and Bosco are relentless and smug. They don’t care what is happening and are really still pushing people out of there homes at an enormous rate and speed! We need help out here!!!!!!!! Just filed a report with the Maricopa County Sheriffs Dept. for fraud and forgery…..let’s see if it opens any doors. So far, not sure if anyone out here has gone that route. Pulled some old strings from the police dept. to get them to lend an ear………….We have no attorneys out here willing to stick there necks out…cowards! We will be watching you today!
You must contact your Attorney General’s Office and speak to someone who is investigating foreclosure fraud cases because you are a victim residing in Arizona…the local Sheriff won’t do anything yet…
Let everyone know if that works for your area…as we are all finding out, different States and County’s operate differently!!
Just don’t leave your home!! No Matter What! You have a 60 moretorium while the banks attempt to cover their tracks…in that time, work with the Attorney General and file a law suit on every bank and servicing company that touched your loan!! They are all in on it together!! File it yourself…most can’t afford Attorney’s and it has been my experience that most Attorney’s really “Don’t Get It”…there is much help here on how to file a Complaint, just get all your Documents in order to prove the signatures are fraudulently signed by someone who didn’t read them nor authorized to assign any loan to anyone…ever!!!
Good Luck….

Not true, Reggie.
Try Steve Vondran in PHX. Google him. He specializes in this type of fraud pursuit.
Way to go Lisa !
Lets see how they cut it up, before We celebrate. I had a friend do a 20 Minute interview, explaining many fraud issues, the station cut it to a 20 second bite that skated the whole point. I wish for the best, but history shows the media as rats in the pantry.
We need attorneys on our group for hire. No experience necessary.
That’s the Best news I ve heard today … Lets keep the presuure on these Banksters ..
Wells Fargo is cocky stating they never made mistakes and refuse to hal their foreclosures. Well Wells Fargo stole 2 of my houses with suspicious paperwork.
