I am completely agains modification untill that bank proves it owns the note…otherwise, modification is another way to secure that they own the note…sort of admitting to them that they are right…they own the note…that is why to go ahead and foreclose AFTER they modify some people…the now have a note…

Come on all you bulldog attorneys. Get off your butts and stand up for the people. Or are you getting paid a cut of the foreclosure proceeds? End the private licensing of attorneys. They should be licensed by the State just like realtors and all other contractors and businesses. That will keep them impartial when they don’t work for the beast.

Somehow, the PEOPLE need to start suing the LENDERS. The lenders can ONLY MODIFY a mortgage. Their servicing agreements do NOT allow them to foreclose. Ask for the contract that allows them to foreclose. Have you seen it? ONLY the OWNER has rights to foreclose. The lendrs do NOT own the notes and mortgages. They were all paid when the note was originally created. They have been paid 3 & 4 times over. ALL of these foreclosures are fraud and the lenders ought to be brought to justice in the PEOPLES court and not their bogus “administrative hearing” where the judge gets to make up the law.

Everyone should pull all of their money out of all of these “too big to fail” lenders and make them go bankrupt.

The politicians could stop this if they wanted, as they signed the contract with the federal reserve that oversees these bankers. It is pure theft of our nations wealth again. Stand up and start screaming for justice and demand a stop to all foreclosures forever! We need to end property taxation. This is one way they get to start the foreclosure process. Before 1913 and the fed res. there was NO property tax OR income tax. SO, you want to end the financial nightmare in this country, end the interest bearing federal reserve system and the unlimited credit card that the politicians use to spend us into oblivion.
