Banks Hedging their bets? I ran into this article in the claiming that banks and hedge funds were buying tax liens in bulk. Could it be possible that these banks will now have a different way to foreclose on property that has nothing to do with the loan origination? Therefore, properties that were have fraud attached to them and may in the future not be subject to foreclosure could be foreclosed on through the tax lien. I mean if one can't pay their mortgage, in many cases they won't be able to pay their taxes right?

This is propaganda. It makes no sense for them to resume foreclosures in judicial states than non-judicial states. I think there doing it around this time of month to prevent a mass payment stop by the general public. You see you anounce this kind of news around the end of the month to scare people into making another payment to a bank that does'nt own the loan.

I wonder whether this will convince BofA's depositors to quit closing their accounts and their investors to quit selling their shares. I expect that it has a snowball's chance in hell of working.

These crooks are trying to play it out to the end because they are certain that their minions in government will help fix it, as in another bailout and another IRON Act, but even then, how do they fix it before most of their depositors and investors are gone? They don't!!! They are done!!!

Now that the payola isn't flowing to the prosecutors and everyone knows that the big bankers have scammed us all and crashed the ecomony, some of them are thinking about enforcing the law for a change. That is the beauty of being a prosecutor, you get payola while the criminals are making money, then you get to look like the hero when you finally bust them and take all of their assets.

I think that the state Attorneys General have started investigations to shake some money loose since they already have plenty of evidence to obtain indictments. But BofA is running out of cash fast!!! They can barely afford their pay offs to the U.S. Attorneys anymore.

Nothing pisses off a prosecutor more than having his cash flow stop. BofA is about to experience foreclosure by some pissed off prosecutors who are deciding to start covering their asses. It is really quite funny to see. It is just too bad that these prosecuting scammers didn't enforce the law before the banksters did so much damage.

This is truly amazing, 150,000 files were fully checked and now they are fully compliant, any one brought a shredder?

So the robosigned millions, that they cannot recreate. like some say once you cross the line the fraud is committed it cannot be redone, without making it worse.

So let us see. If BOA foreclosed in the last five years 500,000 homes with robo signers, those are 500,000 potential lawsuits for wrongful foreclosure, wrongful liens, fraud, concealment, misrepresentation, bait and switch, and much, much more.

I want to see the bill boards saying "if you were foreclosed since 1995 by Bank, X, Bank Y and Bank Z, call Me!"

"If your servicer was X,Y or Z, call me!"

'if the foreclosure attorney in your case was company X, Y or Z call me"

We are very close to that. Today a client brought his documents to get a Mortgage, Title and Securitization analysis and they brought a letter they got from a lawyer that GETS IT, telling them about they most current victories undoing foreclosures in Virginia.

I was laughing since it was one of the first firms I introduced to foreclosure defense. I called them and they told me that the banks are being two faced. On the court house steps they are trying to deal and wheel to keep you from bringing the up on charges for fraud. On TV and the media they are telling the public that their mishaps are just technical.

NO STANDING, actions to quiet title.
