ATTENTION PLEASE: ALL weary, embattled foreclosure defense attorneys. It’s time for another First Fridays Lunch & Learn!
Please join us on November 5th, 2010 at 1pm as we host our monthly Lunch and Learn. Please pass on this invitation & post on your attorney listserves. Running out of food is so gauche so please RSVP as below so we avoid this unforgivable social gaffe!
These working lunches will serve as an opportunity to exchange information, network, share pleadings & case law, and regale war stories. This month we are having the appellate attorney of record on WM Specialty at our meeting, Gary Barcus, who will be able to shed some light on what the proposition of the case really means. Also, we are having a representative from Chase to discuss what their criteria is for loan modifications and he will also field questions regarding why loan modifications take so long.
If you have a hearing or a trial scheduled that day, please make a point of attending. We know how dangerous it is in the trenches. We have medical triage, defibrillators, oxygen, and CPR trained paralegals standing by.

I would love to assist in putting together a workshop in Pensacola, Florida for informational purposes on the foreclosure / mortgage fraud issues. All workshops have been to far for us to travel and I have been speaking with numerous individuals that are experiencing the same actions from the banks. We need assistance in the panhandle. I can be contacted at waldon.imanda@yahoo.com. I look forward to hearing from you and getting the word out. So many homeowners do not know about 4closurefraud.org. All of your work has helped to educate a lot of folks on what is REALLY going on. It is the biggest land grab in history. I have been actively promoting your work and website. Help me to help others in Northwest Florida. Looking forward to the FIGHT with a CA– USE. Via Legal Ice………Your home is your castle; defend it!
